Ronald L. Wormuth, 85 of Unadilla passed away Thurs. morning July 25, 2024 at his home.  He was born on Dec. 5, 1938 in Wayne County, PA to Howard L. & Georgianna (Stoutenberg) Wormuth.  He married the former Barbara J.( Reynolds) Gardepe on July 5, 1993 in Sidney. He was retired from Blue Seal Feeds and worked at Brandows Feed and Seed after retirement.  He was a member of F &AM Lodge 548 in Laurens, Hancock American Legion and VFW.  He proudly served his country in the US Army.

He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Barbara, his children, Denise (Jamie) Page, Daniel (Leah) Wormuth, Michael (Heather) Wormuth, Charles Gardepe, Terry Hill, Diana Gardepe (Rick Howland), Robert Gardepe, several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

He is also survived by his siblings, Juanita Macknik, Raymond (Marylyn) Wormuth, Gerald (Mary) Wormuth, Maurice Wormuth, Jeanie (Hank) Whitmore, Charles (Sarah) Wormuth, Barbara (John) Zupa, Kevin (Judy) Wormuth, Robin (Paul) Ignatovich, Scott (Jodi) Wormuth and also several nieces and nephews.

He was also predeceased by his siblings, Donna Guthrie, Russell Wormuth, Lyndon Wormuth,  sisters-in-laws, Sherry and Marie and an infant son, Roy.

The family will receive friends at the Westcott-Madden Funeral Home 123 Main Street Unadilla on Fri. from 5 to 8 p.m.  Burial will be in Union Church Cemetery, East Sidney at a later date. Online condolences may be made at:  www.wmaddenfh.com.

A Masonic Service will be held on Fri. at 7:45 p.m. at the funeral home.
