Roberta N. "Bobbi" (Rosenel) Dunker

Roberta N. “Bobbi” Dunker, 75 of Franklin died Friday morning April 29, 2022 at Ellis Hospital in Schenectady.   She was born on May 17, 1946 in Brooklyn, NY to Albert & Anne (Farber) Rosenel.  She was the Business Agent for Teamsters 317 and President of Teamsters Local 693.  She was predeceased by her husbands, Irwin Simner, Wallis Dunker, companion Robert “Bob” Beardslee, step daughter, Barbara Scofield, and brother Martin Rosenel and sister-in-law, Ida Rosenel.  She is survived by her children:  Janni Lee Simner (Larry Hammer), Jolie Lynn Smith (Robert), Bret Simner (Emily Yaffe), stepchildren, Richard Beardslee (Charity), Laura (Brad) Northrup, Dawn (Matt) Auwae, 9 grandchildren,  Alexis, Asher, Jacob, Zachary, Sonora, Ethan, Madi, Zoey, & Avery, a sister, Harriett Piltz & her companion, Meyer Yousha, and also nieces and nephews.

Graveside Services will be held in Ouleout Valley Cemetery NY Route 357 Franklin, NY on Sun. May 1, 2022 at 2 p.m.  Rabbi Meir Rubashkin will officiate.  Shiva will be observed immediately following the service.  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Rotterdam EMS  2007 Cardiff Rd.  Schenectady, NY 12303.
