Philip C. Constable 61 of Unadilla passed away on Sat. Feb. 24, 2018 at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester. He was born on May 3, 1956 in Sidney to Philip D. & Edna (Reynolds) Constable. He was a self employed Plumbing and Heating Repairman.

He is survived by his daughter, Katrina Constable & Benjamin Newman, Unadilla, son & daughter-in-law, Philip R. & Tabitha Constable, Earlville, 3 grandchildren, Kadence, Camden & Philip W., sister, Lorraine Thurston, Unadilla, 2 brothers & sister-in-law, David & Sandra Constable, VA, Keith & Christine Constable, Altoona, NY and also a step sister, and step brothers and several nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his step father, Lester Constable and dog, Homer.
