Paul L. Barber Sr., 89 of Windsor Passed away on Sun. May 23, 2021.  He is survived by his companion, Elaine Cosilman, Windsor, son, Paul L. Barber Jr. & Deanna Effener, Otego, step daughter, Cindy & Al Kiederling, Harpursville, grandchildren, Phillip, & Zack, Dylan & Jennifer, Katelyn, Tanner, great grandchildren, Seneca & Leeland, brother, Wayne & Katherine Barber, West Windsor, and also several nieces and nephews.

He was a retired employee of Garner Oldsmobile, Binghamton.  He was a member Of Binghamton Eagles Club # 2119.
