Mary J. (VerValin) Crandall

Mary J. Crandall, 85 of Afton passed away on Fri. Oct. 27, 2023 at Vestal Nursing Center.  She was born on Oct. 30, 1937 in Oneonta to the late, Arthur & Mary (Larkin) VerValin.

She married Loyt Crandall in Nov. of 1985 in Friends Church at Rogers Hollow, who predeceased her, and a grandson, Steven and great grandson, Exabier

She is survived by her 6 children and their families, Theresa & Toby Becraft, Ithaca, Rick & Lori Zurn, SC, Randy Zurn & Kamal, Thailand, Jim & Elaine Zurn, Apalachin, Lisa McCauley, Afton, Tim & Darcy Zurn, FL, 10 grandchildren & 23 great grandchildren and also nieces and nephews.

Graveside Services will be held in Rogers Hollow Cemetery Unadilla on Friday Nov. 3, 2023 at 11 a.m.  Online condolences may be made at:   www.wmaddenfh.com.   Arrangements by the Westcott-Madden Funeral Home 123 Main Street Unadilla.
