Margaret “Lynn” Stambaugh (nee Anders) passed away peacefully on April 28, 2026.
Lynn was born on August 17, 1950 in Baltimore County, Maryland to Kenneth and Margaret “Peggy” Anders. Lynn raised her family in Frederick and spent her later years in Otego, New York. She dedicated many years of service working at St. Timothy’s Church, where she was a familiar and valued part of the community. Lynn lived her faith not only through her kindness, generosity, and the quiet way she cared for others.
She found joy in life's simple pleasures. Lynn loved reading, watching British mysteries and comedies like Midsomer Murders, and had a fondness for horror movies. More than anything, she cherished time spent with her family. Whether gathered for holidays, sharing stories, or enjoying everyday moments, those times meant the most to her.
Lynn was preceded in death by her parents, Kenneth and Margaret Anders as well as her brother, Wade and sister, Patricia. She is survived by her brothers, Mark and Kenneth as well as several nieces and nephews.
She will be deeply missed by her four children, eight grandchildren and great-granddaughter: son Andrew Campbell and grandchildren Victoria, Andrea, Joseph and Timothy Campbell; son Jeremiah and Lisa Campbell, and grandchildren Olivia and Isaac Shreve and Owen and Kaylee Campbell; daughter Shelly and Matt Trigger and grandson Benjamin Sandoval; and daughter Gina and Clayton Boliski and granddaughter Piper and Justin Butts along with her great-granddaughter Oaklynn Butts.
Lynn will be remembered for her quiet strength, her unwavering faith, and the love she had for her family. The care she gave, the support she provided, and the memories she helped create will remain in the hearts of those who loved her. Margaret "Lynn" Stambaugh (nee Anders)
