John W. Hendricks Sr., 73 of Unadilla died Wed. April 13, 2016 at A.O. Fox Nursing Home in Oneonta.  He was born on Feb. 11, 1943 in Oneonta to William J. & Louise (Palmer) Hendricks.  He married Susan Howland on Nov. 22, 1963 in Unadilla. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Susan, 3 children and their families, Mary & John Nagy, Unadilla, John & Betty Hendricks Jr., Unadilla, Deborah & Benton Hendee, Unadilla, 4 grandchildren, Mark, Casey, Brandy & Paige, 1 great grandson, Riley with twin great grandsons on the way, sisters, Donna Cook, Laurens, Arlene (James) Lyons, Balston Spa, brothers, Charles (Becky) Hendricks, Sterling,  Robert (Adrienne) Hendricks, Unadilla, Dale Hendricks, Unadilla, a sister-in-law, Judy Hendricks, FL. and also several nieces and nephews.  He was predeceased by his brother Richard Hendricks.  He was a retired 47 year employee of Amphenol Corp.  He was a devoted family man and hardworking, honest man.
