Of Unadilla

Unadilla:  James G. Riggs, 54 of Unadilla died Wed. Jan. 27, 2016 at Bassett Hospital in Cooperstown.  He was born on Jan. 31, 1961 in Sidney, NY to Frederick & Betty (Jones) Riggs.  He is survived by his brother & sister-in-law, Mark & Patricia Riggs, Unadilla, a sister, Bonnie Fantacone, Titusville, FL, his girlfriend, Tammy Carman, Mt. Upton and her children, Ashely & Thomas Bain, William & Cynthia Carman and grandchildren, Paige and Lexi.
