Unadilla:  James H. “Jim” Jennings, 80 died Friday morning Aug. 22, 2014 at Bassett Health Care in Cooperstown.  He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Phyllis Jennings, Unadilla, 3 children and their families, Jim & Krista Jennings, Sumter, SC, Sandy & Derry Sramek, Unadilla, Tom Jennings, Unadilla, 6 grandchildren, Butterfly Jennings, Dustin (Bernadette) Sramek, Bradley Sramek, Tamara Sramek, Tyler Jennings, Shelby Jennings, several great grandchildren including Sophie Sramek, a sister-in-law, Sue Jennings, Walton and also several nieces and nephews.  He was the son of:  Howard & Jessie (Hood) Jennings and was predeceased by his grandson, Mike Jennings and brother, Ron Jennings.  Jim was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Unadilla, owner of Jim Jennings Supply, member of the Old Timer’s Stock Car Club and was an avid bowler.

Memorial Services will be held at the First United Methodist Church Main Street Unadilla on Tues. at 11 a.m.  Rev. Ron Wenzinger will officiate.  The family will receive friends at the Westcott-Madden Funeral Home 123 Main Street Unadilla on Mon. evening from 6 to 8 p.m.  Memorial contributions may be made to First United Methodist Church of Unadilla.  On-line condolences may be made at:   www.wmaddenfh.com.
