Ivan L. Winner, 101 of Otego passed away Wed. Dec. 1, 2021 at Bassett Hospital in Cooperstown.  He was born on Aug. 22, 1920 in Dunraven, NY to Edwin & Mary Winner.   He was retired 20 Year Veteran of the US Army, retiring as a Sgt. E-5.  He  is survived by his wife, Catherine Winner, Otego, 4 children, Sandra Winner, Bainbridge, Ivan L. (Regina) Winner Jr., Las Cruces, NM, Bradley Winner, Guilford, Michael (Kara) Winner, Otego, 6 grandchildren, several great grandchildren.
