Hugh F. Ramp, 99 of Bainbridge died Friday Dec. 23, 2016 at the Valley View Manor in Norwich, NY.  Born on Aug. 2, 1917 to Hugh C. & Viola (Yahn) Ramp in Warren Point, (Patterson), NJ.  He married Annabelle Hall on Dec. 25, 1938.  They were married 67 years at the time of her death.  He worked many jobs from sawmill hand, store clerk and piano tuner.  In recent years, he worked at Bendix ECD as a machinist, then a Process Planner, retiring in 1978.  He was an avid fisherman, loved traveling and camping.  He also loved music.  He played in a band for dances for 2 years in his younger years.  He also played the organ at the Sidney First Baptist Church.

He is survived by his sister & brother-in-law, Lois & Ken Burger, Margaretville, two daughters & sons-in-law, June & Graydon Butts, Masonville, Donna & James Badolato, Sidney, 4 grandchildren, Jackie Khugh, Reno, Nev., Sandra Wagner, Masonville, J.R. Badolato, Sidney, Angela McVeigh, Kennersville, NC, 3 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
