Francis W. Hubbard, 77 of Unadilla passed away on Wed. evening Aug. 7, 2024 at her home. She was born on July 7, 1947 in Hastings, FL to Len & Margaret (Adams) Wiggins.

She was a retired waitress from the Neptune Diner in Oneonta and other various places.

She is survived by her daughter & son-in-law, Amanda & Robert Cedrone, Unadilla, 2 sons & daughters-in-law, Raymond & Jennifer Hubbard, Milford, Bert & Patty Hubbard, Portlandville, several grandchildren and several great grandchildren and her ex-husband/friend, Butch Hubbard, Oneonta, her sisters, Carolyn Beckham, FL, Beatrice Oliver, GA, 2 brothers, James Wiggins, GA, Ben Wiggins, GA, brothers-in-law, Walter Hubbard, NC, Ted (Rose) Hubbard, Delhi and also several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her siblings, Virginia, David and Rayburn.
