Deborah A. (Fenwick) Ottinger , born on Sept. 20, 1950 died on July 3, 2021 at her home.  She is in heaven with her son Robert.  Survived by her husband, Henry, daughter, Dorothy, 3 granddaughters, Deborah-Ann, Gabrielle, Alexis, brothers, Bruce Fenwick, Gerald Hughes, John, Eric, Karl, & Robert Bryant, sister, Barbara Bryant.  She was predeceased by her father, Robert Fenwick, mother Carol Bryant, brother, George Fenwick and sister, Tammy Bryant.

Private Graveside Service will be held in Riverview Cemetery, Penns Grove, NJ at the convenience of the family.  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one's choice.  Online condolences may be made at:    www.wmaddenfh.com.  Arrangements by the Westcott-Madden Funeral Home 123 Main Street Unadilla.  A MADDEN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME.
