Born June 19, 1968 at Fox Hospital, Oneonta, NY, Craig grew up in Franklin and was a member of the Franklin Central School Class of 1987.  It was during his participation in BOCES carpentry skills classes, that he found his life’s passion for carpentry.

After high school, he enrolled in the apprenticeship program with Carpenters Union 964 of Rockland & Orange Counties.  Four years later, he graduated from their Joint Apprenticeship Training Center and was made a journeyman Carpenter.  He worked for the Union for several years and eventually returned to Delaware County and worked as an independent contractor.

After several on the job accidents, he was eventually declared totally disabled, and had also recently been in the care of a cardiologist.

Those who mourn his loss, are his life partner, Tamie Mills with whom he had lived with for the past 8 years, and their fur babies, Dino, Mufasa and Hondo, his mother, Sunnie Linabery (Stan White), his brother Brian Heaney (Tracie Rubera), Afton, NY, Brian’s son, Nevada & his wife, Savanna and their daughter, Charlotte Mae of Ft.
