Charles D. Strain 73 of Unadilla passed away on Friday Jan. 14, 2022 at his home.  He was born on Dec. 9, 1948 in Sidney to Charles & Kathleen Strain.  He married the former Brenda Chapin on Dec. 12, 1997 in Unadilla.  He was a retired Manager at Fox Care in Oneonta, a retired manager of Amphenol Corp. in Sidney and a US Air Force Veteran of Vietnam.

He is survived by his wife, Brenda, his mother, Kathleen Strain, Unadilla, 3 children, Julie Strain, Colorado, Jessica (Charles) Wilson, Canandaigua, Brian Strain, Unadilla, stepchildren, Gene (Joann) Schoeck, VA, Stephanie Mohamed, Windsor, several grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, sisters, Eileen Hitchcock, Unadilla, Bonnie Bachman, Delhi, brother, Robert (Gerri) Strain, Unadilla and also several nieces and nephews.
