Carol Ann (Glover) Eastman

Carol Ann Eastman, 68 of Unadilla passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, August 22, 2023.  Carol was predeceased by her parents, Robert and Jean Glover, brother, Danny Glover and her beloved husband William R. (Bill) Eastman, Sr.  Carol was by her husband’s side after he became ill, caring for him for several years before his passing on January 26, 2020.

Carol grew up in Unadilla with her family, graduating from Unatego High-school. Carol and Bill were married on December 3, 1977, building a life on Long Island and shared a lifetime of love together. Survived by their 4 children, Heather (Patrick) Wilsey and Ann (Steve) Spitalsky, Wendy (Geoff) Peck and Will Eastman Jr (Jessica), Geri Eastman (Ever), Chris (Kim) Eastman, William Eastman. Siblings - Robert (Vera) Glover, Debbie (Al) Syfert, Connie Baumes, Norman (Ann) Glover, Patricia Pacchiano, and Chuck (Karen) Glover. Grandchildren - Kaitlyn (Skot) Andrews, Nathan Wilsey (Rebecca), Dawson Wilsey, Alexandra Lafey, Madison Wilsey, Brayden Eastman-Willens, Michaela and Leighton Eastman, Zane, Amani and Aaliyah Siddiqui. Great grandchildren - Cooper and Lincoln Andrews and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Carol LOVED her family very much, telling anyone who would listen how proud she was of each one of her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Carol made it a point to always show up for all her children's, grandchildren's and great grandchildren's events, no matter how big or small.  She was the best Mom and Nana. She was always there for everyone, no matter what they needed.

In her later years, she loved to be a snow bird in Florida with her sister Debbie, brother-in-law Al, sister Connie and niece, Tisha and family. She enjoyed playing bingo with her family and friends, watching game shows and Hallmark movies. She also enjoyed spending time with her companion, Dave.

Carol will truly be missed by her family, friends and anyone who knew her. Carol's final act was giving the gift of life through organ (and/or tissue) donation.
