Franklin:  Carol Ann Decker, 74 of Franklin died Fri. morning Nov. 28, 2014 at her home.  She was born on Apr. 4, 1940 in Dover, NJ to Herman & Arvilla (Reed) Herklotz.  She is survived by her husband, Floyd H. Decker of Franklin, 4 sons & daughters-in-law, Mark & Karen Decker, Franklin, Kenneth & Gloria Decker, Franklin, Eugene & Deborah Decker, Wells Bridge, William & Robin Decker, Sidney, daughter & son-in-law, Susan & Joseph Fairbairn, Franklin, 14 grandchildren, 16great grandchildren, brother & sister-in-law, Herman & Sheila Herklotz, Franklin, 2 sisters & brothers-in-law, Barbara & Harold Hall, Sharon Springs, Ruth & James Sickler, Franklin, sister-in-law, Deborah Herklotz, Franklin and also many nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by her brother, Warren D. Herklotz.  She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Unadilla, Co-founder and Office Manager of Quality Hardwoods in Sidney.  She will be missed by many and will be remembered always for her dedication to her family and church.

Memorial Services will be held at the First Presbyterian Church 156 Main Street Unadilla on Sunday Dec. 14, 2014 at 3 p.m.  Rev. Paul Hamilton will officiate.
