Betteann Phillips, 71 of Unadilla died Sun. morning Sept. 21, 2014 at her home.  She is survived by her husband, Frederick Phillips, Unadilla, daughter, Tracey Ann Manne, Mahwah, NJ, son, Shawn Phillips, Unadilla and 2 grandchildren, Jordan and Justin.
