Dear Great Grampa Van Dermark,
I pray you can feel how much we love and treasure you. You were a wonderful, good-natured man, with smile that filled a room and humor that matched. I won't ever forget playing with you when I was young, and I will forever cherish the time we spent together. We are so grateful you got to meet our Nourah Faye, and will tell our baby-on-the-way what a brace and courageous man you were. Thank you for living your life as fully as you did. Your adventurous spirit was passed down and lives on in us. We love you and miss you dearly. May God bless and have mercy on you,
To my family in sorrow and grief,

to Roy and my Godsons: I reach out to you in love and support at this time of the loss of Fred----Father and Grandfather. It was a privilege to have known Fred at St. Matthews Church over many years. He was a fine man! He always used to come over and chat with Peter and to inquire about him in later years. My prayers are with you and the rest of your families as well.
