Frances M. Galley, 90 of Cortland died Wed. April 19, 2017 at Crown Park Nursing Center.  She was predeceased by her husband James Galley.  She is survived by her son, James Rogers & Connie Norman. Groton,  1 grandson, Jamie & Kristin Rogers, Austin, Tex., 2 great grandchildren, Gavin & Avery, brother & sister-in-law, Frank & Charlotte McNeal, Cortland.
