Robert D. Giammateo, 74 of Unadilla died Tues. evening Jan. 17, 2017 at his home.  He was born on April 24, 1942 in Queens, NY to Dario & Christine (Sorensen) Giammateo.  He is survived by daughter, Carol A, Bruning, Unadilla, 6 grandchildren, Annette Timer, Mt. Upton, Richard Giammateo, Unadilla, Kristina Giammateo, Sidney, Ashley Breslau, Gilbertsvile, Brittany Giammateo, Sidney, Catherine Giammateo, 5 great grandchildren, 2 brothers & sisters-in-law, Neil & Patty Giammatteo, Gansevoort, Gerald & Elizabeth Giammatteo, Oxford, and also several nices and nephews.  He was predeceased by his daughter, Jean Giammateo in 2015.  He was a US Navy Veteran.
