Of Unadilla

Lucille C. Campbell passed away peacefully with her husband by her side on Mon. Jan. 16, 2017 at Oneonta Fox Nursing Home.  She was born in South Kortright, NY to George & Annabelle (Carin) Dyer.  She is survived by her husband, Walter L. Campbell, her children, Richard Campbell, CA, Cathy (Tom) Lloyd, Jamesville, NY, Douglas (Judy) Campbell, Conesus, NY, Terri (Duane) Long, Mebane, NC, Margaret “Peggy” Eck, Dryden, NY, Walter “Joe” (Cindy) Campbell Jr., Unadilla, her grandchildren, Tracey (Tim) Ladd, Tina (Brad) Harwell, Timothy (Sonia) Cole, Jeremy (Cindy)  Campbell, Andy Campbell, Kate (Joe) Theil, Robin (Scott) Kelsea, Nicholas (Mandy) Long, Bruce Eck, Benjamin (Kaitlyn) Eck, Bailey Eck, Jessica (Josh) Newell, Kevin Campbell, Chris (Katy) Hoke, Shelly (Jon) Nichols, Jeff Hoke, and many  great grandchildren, her sister, Lillian Muson, Gilbertsville.  She was predeceased by her siblings, Harold, Bill, Glen, Bobby, Jean & Betty and grandchild, Tanya Long Simeone.  She formerly worked for Unadilla Oil & Fuel, Howe Gas and was an Election Inspector for Otsego County.  She was a lifetime member of the original Unadilla Fire Dept. Auxiliary.  She spent 67 years married to the love of her life, Walter and made wonderful memories with each child, grandchild and great grandchild, she had and every person she met.  Her children spent many years learning to cook from the best and still none made an apple pie like Mom.

Private Funeral Services were held at the convenience of the family.  In lieu of flowers, please make donations to A.O.
